Riad El Fenn :: About Luxury Hotel Riad Marrakech

Riad El Fenn is privately owned by Vanessa Branson and Howell James. The original house was bought in the summer of 2002, and they set about creating a unique hotel - aware of their obligation to restore a house of such historical importance to the highest of standards.

The vision was to provide the comfort and facilities of a modern hotel, whilst maintaining the atmosphere of the riad town house and creating the feel of an intimate and private home. Over the past few years, adjoining houses have been purchased and connected with secret passages and doorways, creating a magical and mysterious collection of beautiful rooms, courtyards and terraces.

Although based in the UK, Vanessa and Howell return on a regular basis and oversee every aspect of Riad El Fenn and its development.
