Our approach to food is to keep it simple, fresh and made from local produce only. We cook the produce of our organic garden in the foothills of the Atlas mountains and the daily markets are brimming with herbs, spices, vegetables and fruits of exceptional quality.
Our charming Moroccan staff will prepare you a breakfast of freshly squeezed orange juice, strong coffee and the freshest croissants this side of Bordeaux. Breakfast can be eaten on the terrace, in your room or in a quiet corner of your choice anywhere in the riad.
We offer a simple lunch with salads and vegetables, a light fish or chicken dish, cheese and dessert.
Dinner is a much more elaborate affair as we source only the best the market has available that day. Your choice is limited but includes vegetarian options and guarantees excellent quality. This can be eaten on the roof terrace under the stars or in our beautiful dining room, preceded by cocktails and aperitifs at the bar.
Meals could not be more civilized with a carefully chosen selection of Moroccan and French wines.
