Room 1: Situated on the ground floor of the tortoise courtyard, room 1 has a round deep blue tadelakt bath open to the room. Big enough for two!

Room 2: Situated on the ground floor of the tortoise courtyard, room 2 has a black marble bath open to the room.

Room 3: Situated on the ground floor of the tortoise courtyard, room 3 has a more private bathroom from the rest of the bedroom, with a beautiful tadelakt bath under an Arabic arch.

Room 4: Situated on a grand colonnade, overlooking the tortoise courtyard. Room 4 has a large circular tadelakt bath in the room with a fireplace just above it. The ceiling is covered with cedar wood beams.

Room 5: Situated on a grand colonnade, overlooking the tortoise courtyard. Room 5 has a deep turquoise tadelakt bath in the room. The ceiling is covered with cedar wood beams.

Room 6: Situated in its own private area of the riad on the first floor. Suite 6 is a split level mezzanine suite, reminiscent of a New York loft apartment. The bedroom is on the upper mezzanine level, its floors covered in hand-stitched camel leather, with a tadelakt bath open to the bedroom. Suite 6 also has its own private terrace and plunge pool.

Room 7: Overlooking one of the carrara marble pools, room 7 has hand-stitched camel leather floors, a fireplace and a cream tadelakt bath under an Arabic arch.

Room 8: Overlooking one of the carrara marble pools, room 8 has wooden floors, a fireplace and a more private bathroom from the rest of the bedroom. Can be made into a twin room.

Room 10: Situated on the ground floor of the orange tree courtyard, room 10 has an elaborately carved wooden ceiling and a dual-sided fireplace that is visible from both the bedroom and the bathroom.

Room 11: Situated on the ground floor of the orange tree courtyard, room 11 has cream tadelakt walls, a fireplace and large bathroom with a cream tadelakt circular bath.

Room 12: Situated at the top of the riad, room 12 is smaller than our other rooms but is a favourite of many of our return clients, with its sunken tadelakt bath and large private terrace.

Room 14: Situated on the ground floor of our pool & garden courtyard, room 14 has a private outdoor lounge area, cedar ceilings, a large fireplace, a sunken marble bath and a huge bathroom with steam shower.

Room 15: Situated on the green interior courtyard, room 15 has a fireplace and a bathroom private from the room. The bathroom has a large glass-sided shower and pink tadelakt bath with dual sinks.

Room 16: Situated on the green interior courtyard, suite 16 has red-leather walls, a fireplace and a large bathroom private from the rest of the room, with a cream tadelakt bath, a separate shower and dual sinks.

Room 17: Situated on the green interior courtyard, room 17 has a fireplace and a bathroom private from the rest of the room. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower, a green tadelakt bath and dual sinks. Can be made into a twin.

Room 18: Situated on a grand colonnade, overlooking the pool & garden courtyard, suite 18 has hand-sown camel leather floors, a fireplace and private seating area. The large bathroom has dual sinks, a central bath and separate walk-in shower.

Room 19: Situated on a grand colonnade, overlooking the pool & garden courtyard, suite 19 has hand-sown camel leather floors, a fireplace, private seating area and a freestanding Victorian bath in the room. The large bathroom, which is private from the rest of the room, has dual sinks and a large glass-sided shower area with dual showerheads. Suite 19 also has a private terrace with a view of the Koutoubia mosque and a glass-bottomed plunge pool looking down into the suite below.

Room 20: Situated on a colonnade, overlooking the orange tree courtyard below, suite 20 has a gold-leaf fireplace, private seating area and large private bathroom. The bathroom has dual sinks, tadelakt bath and a large steam shower.

Room 21: Situated on a colonnade, overlooking both the orange tree courtyard and the tortoise courtyard below, suite 21 has a pavilion-style bed, a fireplace, a decorative tadelakt and metallic stud floor and cedar-beam ceilings. The large private bathroom has carrara marble floors, a central bath, dual sinks and large steam shower.

Room 22: Situated off a large private terrace, suite 22 overlooks the tortoise courtyard. Suite 22 has a fireplace, cedar-beam ceilings and a freestanding Victorian bath in the room. The bathroom is private from the rest of the room and has a large walk-in shower and dual sinks.

Riad Vanessa: About 5 minutes walk from the main Riad El Fenn house, the little house has four rooms (sleeps 8) each with its own bathroom. Each room has hand-sown camel leather floors and cream tadelakt walls. The house has several lounge areas both on the ground floor and on the terrace. It also has its own kitchen and plunge pool on the roof.
